Suspension Noise and viberation
Noise and viberation
I think it is the struts.
There is a grinding/roaring noise coming from my driver side wheel. The noise goes away if i make a left turn or when the weight is shifted to the passenger sude of the car. At first I thought it could be bad wheel bearings but mechanic said they are good. Another mechanic says that the Mini Cooper's struts/shocks fail early 50-60K miles and cause the tires to "cup" which cause them to "roar" down the road like bad wheel bearing. I think this is the problem. Just order sine megan ez coilovers and hoping this fixes the noise.
