Rally suspension

Hi everyone,

just wondering if anyone has any off road suspension recommendations? i dont know which brand coilovers can go at least 1in above stock or which swaybars i should get

uuuhhh phrasing lol, but on a serious note, what do you mean?

nvm, googled it and it isnt scat XD

imma look into them a bit more but im hoping for something i can lower for street use and raise when im at the dunes, i dont want to completely ruin the handling of the mini with a lift kit

Btw, that's a tall order.. Adjusting.. It's a PITA for the most part.. Pretty much need to change the alignment.

Air Bag setup? (Not kidding..)

nah no bags, that would ruin handling

do you think stock height would be good for off roading? nothing major like rocks or mud

If you just mean sandy trails, yes, stock is fine.

I added some Rally Armor universal flaps ($25). They work great for keeping big crap/rocks off the car (as well as keep it cleaner).

ya thats the extent of the off roading ill be doing

for my winter tires, i was able to fit 205/70R16 tires on my countryman

they are 27.3 inch OD vs the stock 225/45R18 tires of OD 25.9

so there is 1.4 inch od = .7 inch lift
