Driver's side front riding lower than passenger side

I have noticed after replacing the strut bearings that the drivers side front of the car rides about a 1/2" lower than passenger. All other corners are at the same height but the drivers front isn't. I have checked everything. The struts are fine still, the springs I swapped around from right to left thinking the drivers side spring was worn and it still leveled back to lower on driver. The strut towers are flat and have Cravenspeed STD's mounted on top. So I am honestly out of options as to what is causing this and how to fix it. Any thoughts? or ideas? Has this been an issue for you? Am I making too much out of this and it isn't worth messing with anymore? (I have pulled the struts out 3 times since noticing this issue trying to fix the problem.
