front passenger side noise

Hi guys,

When I drive, there is no noise at all but when I turn for parking or get our of parking lot, sometimes it makes clunk noise. Sound like skeeeeak and clunk same time kind of noise.

Where should I look for first?
It is stock suspension with runflat tires.

Last night I did visual inspection and I find out that passanger side strut was covered by oil.
I guess the strut is done and need a new, right?
I thought it was GAS filled strut.

oil filled and gas pressured...

you will need to replace both and I would check ball joints, LCA bushings, tie rods etc....
