Hey guys,

Recently bought an R53, and the tires on it were pretty shot. A buddy of mine with an R56 (2013) will sell me his 16" stockers cheap (wheels and tires). Before I do the "long drive" any known issues between them? offset the same? etc?

On our site we have listed the ET's and the size of the wheel. Wheels are called by there R# , like R112 is the challenge spokes. So if you know the R# , it helps. Or search by the MINI part #. Also we have them listed by the name.

Then you can determine what the differences are. Just watch on certain brakes certain wheels will not fit like JCW brakes. 16" R56 should fit on the R53 with stock brakes. Even 15" first Gen Hollies fit the R53 stock brakes. R81 Alloy 7 hole wheel .

Thanks... my '02 R53 has stock brakes, so I think I will be OK (I think it was the smallest brake set Mini sold), I'll check your site for details anyway.

The Mini is my Daily, with my Exige doing the track/race duty, so bigger brakes are not in my future.
