Suspension R53 Rear Shocks on rear R56?
R53 Rear Shocks on rear R56?
Quick question. Is swapping the R53 rear shocks to a a R56 possible if I purchase a pair of those adapters that are used for some shocks like the Koni yellows?

The quick answer is yes they will work with the adapter. The longer answer is that the R56 shocks that have the adapter as part of the shock body is being supported by the trailing arm taking the load off the shock bolt. If you use the R53 shocks with the adapter the load is only supported by the shock bolt.
