JCW Suspension - All Fine threads must be replaced

The JCW suspension came with mutiple different replacement nuts. In the factory instructions it states that "All Fine threads must be replaced".

The only nuts I know that I replaced were the to locking nuts that hold the rear springs / struts together. The ones that go on top of the rear spring perch.

Is it absolutely necessary to go and replace some of the bolts that I had to take apart/back together with the new ones? I torqued all the real major ones to spec. The bolts on the swaybars were just torqued as tight as I could get them because they had to be tightened with both the 5mm allen and a wrench.

Lastly, how are the nuts on the top of the front and rear perches suppose to be tightened? I used my electric impact wrench...

Ouch...other threads say that you can snap the shock stem using an impact wrench to tighten that nut. Hope yours is OK.

When I change my shocks, I used an allen wrench and a 13/16 socket and just tightened them the best I could. Never had a problem. This included track days and autoXs.

There is a really good DIY thread for this:

Thanks for the heads up in the future. They tightened up just fine. Its an electric impact wrench so its not going to get as tight as a really high capacity air driven one. Other writeups (one from Alta that I used), said to use the impact wrench.
