Question about lowering springs

When I bought my 06 R53 I was unaware of the modifications that were done to it. The last time I was underneath it, I noticed that it had aftermarket springs. As far as I can tell they are not progressive, and do not have any markings on them. They are coated black and appear to be decent quality. When I measured the ride height, it was ~1 inch below stock in the front and a little less than 1 inch drop in the back. The car handles amazingly, for as stock as it is, and has a slightly softer ride than a previous car I had with Eibach Pro-kit springs. I was just curious as to if anyone knew what brand of springs these could be? I'm going to be installing my 15% pulley later this week (hopefully) and I'll try to take a better look at the springs when I take the front passenger wheel off...for now any insight would be appreciated

Are you in Ohio? If in the Columbus area we should have someone here who can identify them for you.

Yeah, I'm in Dayton. I actually used to live in Columbus when I thought I wanted to go to OSU. After a quarter of nothing but partying and failed classes, I ended up working my *** off at the FedEx hub out there to barely pay my rent until my lease expired. That's when I learned I shouldn't go to a big party school...haha.

Back on subject, are there some good shops to take a MINI in Columbus?

Best Motorwerks out by the airport. John Best built a great reputation wrenching BMW's and has taken the same no nonsense approach to MINI's.

I'll make sure to keep him in mind if I need any work done!
