Suspension brakes keep locking up
brakes keep locking up
so i've got a bit of a problem.
about 5,000 miles ago I installed new rotors, ebc red pads, and new ate blue fluid and ss lines. it took a long time to get broken in, but they finally seem to be at the level i think they should be at.
the problem is that when braking hard in a straight line, the brakes will lock up without abs engaging.
if i'm going over a bumpy road, or gravel or water and do the same, the abs DOES come on and works normally.
The brakes work wonderfully and the pedal feel is terrific. last weekend at autox, it was doing the same thing but i had no issues and it ran great.
any ideas? is it just that the wheels are all locking up at the same time, making the abs think that it's normal?
