Used the 22m on the track - loved it. On the street I've got no complaints. But, found it's a little to much for the autocross, even on the softest settings. Times actually went up and the car was a handful in quick transitions.

so, ordered the 19mm and will be experimenting with that shortly.

Update:
Installed the 19mm and tested it at the middle setting and the stiffest setting. At the middle setting the car was easy to drive and ended up second fastest car of the day (lots of long faces in the M3 crowd). At the stiffest I felt the car was losing some inside front tire traction and effecting my times a little. Going forward, going to leave the 19mm in the middle hole and adjust the tire pressures.

Have not had a chance to take the car back to the track with the 19mm. Still have to see what I think of it on track.

I have been using the H-Sport 19mm from WMW. Car's felt great since putting it on last year. Went through a quick left/ right switchback today and felt my first bit of off throttle oversteer. Kinda un-nerving mainly because we only have two lane roads here with jagged limestone walls or fences and oncoming traffic. Could be the fact my RF's are almost dead. I'll try again when I get my new Conti DW tires in a few days.

I was having a look under my Mini and looking to install a rear sway bar. Obviously it is not an easy fit. Can anyone post me up some instructions and hints or tricks in removing the stock sway bar with maybe even some photos?

Here is a LINK to the Alta instructions for their rear bar, covers in good detail what needs to be loosened/removed to allow for the install.

Good luck
and keep us posted.!

OK, it's been more than a few days
and inquiring minds need to know!
How was it with the Conti DWs?
Which we'll assume
for the sake of this discussion to be real tires and not RFs!
