I've been doing some research into suspension mods lately and found out that my flavor of 02 MC (the ones before 3/2002) have a slightly different suspension set up.

Is there a way I can mod my mini to be compatible with post 3/2002 suspension mods?

I've looked all over and haven't been able to find any info.

 

Are you sure you still have the original suspenion. MINI did a bulletin on those, and replaced most with the later style. If not, I actually think I have a set of APEX springs for that setup. Check first.

 

I have the original set up, I had to replace a sway bar end link last weekend, it's the old style. I'm looking for a way to update my suspension so that I can use most of the aftermarket parts out there, instead of having to search for parts specific to early 02.

Although if I can't figure out a way to get around this I may pm you about those springs :D
