Nice! I really want some swifts, you will have to let us know how you like them.
going to run stock shocks?

if i did get swifts, i wonder what it would do to my front camber, since i already have IE fixed plates, I worry that it would be to much negative... and i would have to get some adjustable plates as well

That's one of the reasons I went adjustable, plus the fact that my camber had a difference of .5 from each other. I figured that the IE's would make the difference even greater.

yes, I'll be running the stock JCW shocks for now as they only have about 30k miles on them.

hummm, I just found out a couple weeks ago that my car has the sport suspension package, which I was told is 30mm lower than stock, and swift lowers F-.8” R-.6” from stock. so if sport suspension really is 30mm(a bit more than an inch) lower, than the swifts might actually pick me up a bit....

this all goes for you too since the JCW suspension is supposed to be a bit lower than the sport suspension. also the difference in your current camber makes me think mushrooming...

I suppose that's possible, but it's not visible from the top. I was told it could be "production variance".

I'll post some pics after I get the car back and some driving impressions when I get the chance. Supposed to rain today.

Well, it's always something, right?

Turns out the JCW struts do NOT use the OEM style perch without a push-in adapter. Despite me letting the vendor know that I had JCW struts, he thought it used the OEM style. They are shipping the extra part to arrive on Wed.

Just picked up my car. Didn't really have a chance to check the handling any since I had my kids with me, however the initial impression is that the car sits about the same height as before. Also the ride seemed good, maybe even slightly better. Also, I was a bit worried about the ride in the front with the Vorshlags vs. the IE fixed, but honestly, I didn't notice any difference.

More driving impressions to come......

Still haven't had a chance to get up to the Dragon yet to test the suspension, but going around some curves near home, it does seem I'm able to navigate them at a higher speed w/ less body roll. On a particular round-a-bout that I usually feel like I'm really pushing it going about 45 mph, I easily navigated at 50 mph. I'm still looking forward to exploring the limits a bit more. I was planning on attending a local autocross this weekend, but other plans came up.

Anyway, I went driving downtown tonight with the wife where the roads are pretty crappy and I can honestly say that the ride with the JCW's was a bit better. I guess that's to be expected considering these springs have much higher rates. The Vorshlags probably don't help much either, crashing on some of the worst expansion joints. Of course, it might have seemed worse being full from a date night dinner.

Those are some initial impressions for now. I'll try and hit the Dragon on Monday.
