My 05' S is in need of struts and shocks on all four corners. I was thinking of going with Konis but of course my replacement comes at a time when I also need to change all 4 tires. Tirerack has a sale on Konis but between labor and the need for 4 tires they may be too expensive for me. So, I was hoping you all would have some suggestions as to what you may have used on your Mini and if anyone has a website they found good prices on that would be much appreciated as well.

My Mini is not tracked and I don't mind if the ride is a bit firmer that stock.

I'm not aware of many options that are cheaper than Konis and worth a damn, so you may need to either get lucky and find a low-mileage set of used shocks, or maybe save a bunch of money by doing the labor yourself. It's not too bad. Check with a local forum group for help.

I really like my Koni Yellows for what it's worth, but tires are obviously more important if you need to choose one for now.
