Removing Inner Ball Joint bolt hits CV boot any alternatives?

Either i'm not searching hard enough or i'm just dumb lol.

Im trying to replace my Inner Ball Joint and theres no way to get it out as the bolt on the bracket is positioned to hit the CV boot.

Do i need to remove the shaft or lower the subframe?

There's a few ways to do it. I think the easiest is to jack up engine if your on the passenger side, if it's the driver I remove the axle. Or you can lower the subframe.
