Koni yellows increase wheel gap?
After going from stock shock / H&R springs to Koni Yellows / same H&R springs, it appears the rear of my car sits higher now. Maybe 1/2 inch higher. Anyone else have this issue. They are installed correctly, and I am only a 1/4 turn from softest damper setting. It pisses me off, as my stance was perfect!
That is part of the reason why I am so on the fence about swapping out the shocks on mine. I love the current stance of the car and would hate to lose it because of springs. I would get coilovers, but I think they are overkill on a car like mine, which is a daily driver.
Luckily, my car has the sport suspension, so I am REALLY hoping they last a bit longer than the standard ones with the lowering springs. Knowing my luck, they will go out at the same time the brakes are ready to get redone, as well. Talk about expensive. Hahaha...
I was going to say it usually takes a while for drop springs to settle, but seeing as you're using the same ones you had before I'm not so sure.

After a couple of thousand miles, mine looks stock. I did not see any change when I checked it out a week after install either. I have finally decided on my springs. I am going with JCW performance springs. Although almost twice as expensive as aftermarket, the small drop( .4 inch) is better for my DD needs.

Its not horrible, but from what it was, it's noticeable. Its beginning to settle in though. Must just take a week or 2.
