Have the H-Sport and the harbor freight racing jack as well. No Probelms. If you check Harbor freight right now I know the jack can be bought for around $120 a great price. I also use the rhino ramps got mine at Pep Boys for $15. Between those two I can almost do anything.
Good Luck, You'll enjoy your H-Sports, Love mine.

I have the H-sport springs (lowers the MINI one inch front and rear) on an MCS and use the aluminum racing jack from Checkers- roughly $165 on sale or $199 with two aluminum jack stands. The jack works just fine.
HR springs are a bit lower and the racing jack doesn't fit- you'll have to drive the MINI onto some 2x6 pieces of lumber to increase the height enough to get the jack under the car.

The support for the front suspension is a raised box of metal in the floor (ok actually it is a lowered box) that runs just inside the jack points. If you go to the end of the box you can jack the entire side of the car in 1 shot. ScottBRG amazed me when he did this to my mini for the swaybar install.

If I'm putting it on stands (with the stands supporting the 4 jack points) then I put a piece of 2x4 under a square section of steel just inboard of the front jack point about 3-5 inches. (It's a box-section channel that runs longitudanally)
That's enough to get the entire side of the car in the air high enough to get the jack stands in. If I'm just rotating tires I'll put the jack under one of the normal jack points.

So can you still use the Rhino ramps unassisted, or do you need the 2x6 for those as well?
thanks!

You can get a lowered MINI up the Rhino Ramps without any rubbing/dragging on the ramp (no 2x6's required). I have done this many times with the H&R springs and those drop the car a little lower than the H-sport springs.
