Just got off the phone w/ the Rasmussen MINI folks and got the green light on installing a stiffer sway bar and an intake on my still-to-come JCW MCS- no warranty issues according to them. Not an earthshaking news item, but it's nice to know what you can count on. A full suspension kit or more serious springs will still make free rattle fixes a liability there. I know some roads I'm going to drive mercilessly over the first 4 or 5k to make sure things are snug.
