JCW suspension and alignment ?

I'm going to get a JCW suspension installed by the Dealer...just a quick question... The dealer said that they do the alignment on the same day as the install! Now, I thought your suppose to let the springs and stuff settle and then do the alignment a couple weeks? or months? ???
I'm confused? does it matter?? thanks

I would let the suspension settle if it was my car. You only need to run it a couple of 100 miles then get the alignment.

Tell the dealer you rather come back later for the alignment and they should be good with that.

Just let them do the alignment then do another one in a month. If you don't do an alignment it will eat your tires.

The JCW only drops it about 1/2", I seriously doubt that 1/2" will jack the camber and toe up so much that it'll "eat" your tires. Will probably find it still very close to the OEM specs for alignment...unless of course they completely FUBAR the installation.
