I am a new, brand new member, trying to buy a `11 JCW Hardtop but not having any luck with the dealer or Mini Customer Care with respect to options, especially the two suspension options offered. Please see "About To Buy" thread in the JCW Garage (2nd Grneration) section, a couple of hours ago.

Until I get a road map for this site, I am driving without lights. ;o)

No one at the dealer or at Mini can tell me the difference between the OEM and the two suspension options, nor can they tell me what is inclued in the two options.
Of course, everyone knows the price.

I would really appreciate some advice.
