Rear Strut Tower mount

Any of you guys re-used the old ones? Just curious. $124.00 each seems a bit steep for these little guys.

Can you be more specific which part you are talking about? The rear upper shock perch is really just a plate and two rubber bushings that are sandwiched on it. Really those bushings are the only thing that would be worth replacing either with new oem or mini-madness poly ones.

Yes that is the exact part I was referring to. Thank you for the bushing idea. I'll check into this for sure. Sorry for the lame terminology but I didn't have my Bentley handy.

Yes most people just reuse the stock ones.

Thanks Way. And thank you for the prompt delivery of the Koni FSD's. Will be installing these this weekend along with the fixed IRE plates and the suggested set of rear shock bushings from Mini-Madness (thanks again Warrior).

I have a clunk in the rear suspension & me thinks its from the rear upper shock mount bushings. Has anyone tried the powerflex ones?

Ok, well the new powerflex bushings didn't do anything to get rid of the clunk from the rear. It really sounds like its coming from the rear left strut mounts (as the clunk sounds like its coming from behind the rear quarter panel) but the bushings are new & the mounts are ok.

If you have adjustable endlinks, it is likely those. If not, then you may need to lube the sway-bar bushings.
