Front Swaybar Bushing Bracket question

Hi all

While I was under my car over the weekend I noticed that my one front(powerflex) swaybar bushing wasn't seated perfectly. It seems sort of squashed out of shape on the one side - and is not protruding as far from the bracket as I think it should.

Now, my question is this: I know to install these bushings requires dropping the front subframe. But, do you think I might be able to loosen the bracket enough to pop the bushing into place (without dropping s/f)? One of the bracket bolts looks like it's easy to get at with a normal box-wrench...the clearance on the other one looks pretty tight though.

Any tips/advice?

That's what we would do here at the shop, try to loosen the bolts that will be easier than lowering the entire subframe.
