Traction control tripping after new struts & alignment
This weekend I installed new struts, new strut towers, and tower defender plates. I took it for a short drive afterward and noticed the DSC traction control was triggering. By triggering, I mean it would apply the brakes about twice a second, like when driving in snow. I assumed it would be fixed after an alignment, but I just picked it up from the alignment shop and it's still doing it. If I turn off DSC, the car seems to drive fine.
Any suggestions? Does the DSC calibrate over time? Would unplugging the battery and letting the computer reset help?

Maybe something to do with one of the ABS sensors? It doesn't seem like that would be related, but I did have to disconnect them from the struts when I swapped them out. I guess it's possible I pulled something loose.

It took me awhile, but I found this thread that indicates it might be a faulty wheel speed sensor or a list of other problems. Ugh.
You may just need to have the Steering Angle recalibrated after your alignment, since the steering wheel is probably at a different position when going straight than before. If it was a bad wheel speed sensor, your ABS light should be on, too, because it relies on those sensors to provide the data it needs.
