I have a set of M7 Coilovers on my car with about 15k on them and my driverside coilover seems to be binding, at least thats what it sounds like. its like a boooonng sound, like a spring getting stuck, breaking free and vibrating. It is happening when uneven pressure is placed on either of the front wheels. If bumps are hit and with even pressure theres no noise. ANY IDEAS. i have checked the top nut and sprayed the whole thing down with WD40

 

Did you buy them from M7 new? It seems to me they would be more than willing to give you some ideas. Email them?

did u cut the bumper piece in half? with a full bumper on the struts when u hit a bump the shock will bottom up.
