I've had 4 of Alta's rear control arms, the grey ones, for about 3 years. I only drive one, maybe two days a week, and with me now doing some maintenance work, I figured that I'd get new Heims for these... Apparently Alta now offers different rod ends, I believe black in color, and I'm curious how these have held-up over time / miles...

If you have any experience, I'd appreciate you sharing.

Also, if you installed different rod ends into Alta's arms, please share your experiences with those, and if you like those, what size you got.

As far as I can tell, the rod ends I have here are 5/8" thread into the arms and also a 5/8" hole in the sphere that receives the MINI mounting bolt. Of course the MINI is metric, but the Alta sleeves that goes into these holes must be metric as the bolt fits very snuggly...
