H&R Spring Alternative

Okay, so I'm currently running on H&R Sport Springs (black) matched with Koni FSD shocks.

Initially I was running on the H&R's with stock shocks and it started to ride like crap around 30k. So I broke down and got the Koni FSD's and it was riding good but I guess now that they are broken in after a couple months it's starting to ride rough again.....

The small bumps are okay... It's when I'm on the highway and I go over the big dips... I drive a lot so it really wears me out at the end of the day.....

So I'm contemplating going with another spring set that will have some better ride comfort... Any suggestions?

Love my Bilstein HD's with stock springs. I believe the NM's are a tad softer.

I'm currently considering NM springs, Eibach's, of Tein's. I'm having a hell of a time finding spring rate info though...

Unfortunately many brands for Mini don't seem to post that info....which is silly. Would love to know the rates too.

As I have gleaned from where I can. Note that many are progressive, so a single number can't describe what they do. It they listed the spec as it makes sense to a spring designer, most of us would not understand anyway.
Costs are just the numbers I found.

SPRINGS $list Drop Rate F, R features
Apex/Moss $120 Sorry, $30 a spring just can’t be good.
B&G S2 $210 1” “higher rates” progressive
Dropzone $130 1.5
Eibach $350 1.2,” 3.2 to 4.3 progressive
H&R $260 1.25” 4.9
Koni $230 1.2”
M7 $260 1.5 progressive
Mach V Technic $240 1.25” 5.1, 5.1 progressive
Mini R53 0 2.9, 2.9
Mini Base 0 3.2-ish?
Mini R56 0 4.9K–ish?
Mini JCW $420 .4”, lin (stiffer)
MiniMadness Sport $240 1 progressive
Mini Mania $280 1.2” looks prog
MiniMania perfor $298 1.25 stiffer
NM 1.2 $250 1.2” 3.7, 4.3 prog.
TSW $230 1, .75 4, 4.8 Linear
Tein-STECH $269 1.2, 1.1 3.8, 4.5 progressive “style”
