PSS9 "locknuts" stuck help

So as the title says I got some PSS9's and well I need to raise my car, my M7 spliter sits a whoping 2.5" off the ground and my car is taking a beating on these crappy roads here in Louisiana, and well I'll be moving to Spokane here in a few months and it snows there and well yea I dont want to have to raise and lower my car everyfew month and then get an aligment.

ANYWHO!

A few months ago I attempted to raise my front end to prevent scrapage and well for the life of me I could NOT get the nuts to "unlock" or split apart, I could move the whole unit but I dont want to go that slow painful route. Should I be tring to move the bottom or upper nut to loosen these suckers. Also attemped to use some break-free and my coilsover threads CLEAN!

I know, I know, I dont like wheel gap either BUT its a small price to pay.
