Suspension Overhaul

Ok Im getting ready to completely overhaul my 03 S suspension. The car has 120k on the suspension and So far I have only done the powerflex lower engine mount and the older style alta rear sway bar (I do not know the mm size cars used).

My Plan

- Cross Coilovers (Not sure what spring rates to go with I hear you can choose) I do not mind very stiff at all but im going to be on street mostly and track occasionally hopefully and do not want to lose performance due to an overly stiff spring setup.

- Alta PSRS (My car failed the kick the tire no wobble test also im thinking caster setting)

- Alta rear control arms (for rear camber adjust)

- Front Sway? (Im up in the air about this will it help or hinder more Im sure the spring rates will come into play here)

Anything else thats a must have on a high milage car or needs to be replaced? Also what do you guys think of this and would you do it diff as far as add or leave out parts? I just installed the Power flex Lower engine mount and the extra NVH is hardly an issue but i love the aditional control over the car. If that gives you an Idea about how I favor performance over comfort.
