Stock 05 sports springs vs JCW springs

Anyone know the difference between the 05 sports springs and JCW springs? Ride height, spring rate, ride comfort?

I have yet to find spring rates for oe springs. I know JCW springs come in 3 different "rates"; soft, medium, and hard springs, soft springs for the lightest less optioned Coopers, medium spring for climate, GPS, HK, and hardest springs for sunroof and the kitchen sink on your MINI. Drop is only 10mm or about half inch, in time (1 year) it settles up to an additional 5mm. Yes they are much more uncomfortable than stock, even in smooth CA roads I run into badly maintained county roads. Found H-Sport more comfortable.

^Stock spring rates are in the sticky in this forum.

Good feedback comparing them to the H-Sports.
