H & R coilover Comfort?

Is it less harsh then lets say H&R or eibach springs and OEM struts? I am looking to purchase some for a really good price, want it to be a bit more comfortable than my current eibach and oem struts. Also, what is the difference between the RSS and the street coilovers? Spring-rate? I know the rss's can be lowered more but i really cant give up more ground than what my current setup has so i dont think it will really matter in that department....thanks!

I'm running the H&R 'street' coilovers with the updated front springs. They are pretty comfortable to me, but i've also a high tolerance for stiff setups and dont mind a more hardcore setup. These seems pretty tame and easily driveable for everyday use. I bought the car with these on it, so i cant really compare to a stock setup.

If you are going to see the track many times a year, i'd probably go with a better damped coilover system (AST, CROSS, KW). But for the price, the 'street' H&R's are decent.

Get the H&R coilovers you won't be disappointed. They ride great, handle better then lowering springs and you can set the ride hight to your liking. I really like mine.

I just installed H&R street coilovers, and I love them. I didn't want too stiff of a ride, and I am very happy with these. The ride is just a tad stiffer than stock, i would say. Definitely better than what I can remember about the H-Sports with oem struts on my old mini.

One thing I should mention, On my car, with 17x7.5 +42mm wheels with 215/45/17 tires, I had some rubbing issues, even with the fronts adjusted to max height. I added a 1/2" spacer along with the Madness strut tower reinforcement plate to raise the front of the car and all is well.

With the coilovers adjusted to the highest setting in the front, it was still much too low(for the street) with the original springs. The new springs give you some adjustibility back in regards to the front ride height and travel.
