I just purchased a new set of Eibach lowering springs for 07 MCS. Just wondering if anybody has any experience placing these. I haven't recieved the box, so don't know if there are any instructions, but heard this can be done relatively easy. Do I need a spring compressor? If anyone knows of any how-to threads or has any good advice please share. Thanks!

Make sure you have all the tools handy and don't take short-cuts. Read the instructions carefully and make sure you have the spring compressor, torque wrench and impact wrench.

anyone have the torque spec's written down? service manual is a pain to find.

 

Have a back up plan in case everything goes wrong.

 

does it take a while for the springs to drop down. i just installed my back eibach springs and the car looks the same if not higher. how long til it drops the 1.2 inches????
