Sway Bar Adjustment

I just read the how to from ALTA on the sway bar adjustment. The question I have is:

When I unbolt the endlinks to change holes, is there spring tension or anything I should be worried about or is is simple unbolting and moving to antoher hole?

Thanks!

As long as both rear tires are off the ground, the endlinks should be free to move. If you only have one side of the car off the ground, the endlink will be fully loaded and you will have trouble trying to adjust it.

Thank You! Yes I have all 4 wheels off the ground for a brake caliper paint job and I was just thinking of changing the setting while I was there...so it looks like it should be pretty easy!

Thanks again!
