Is there any possible way for me to fit 17"x8" TDPR1.2's under the fenders on stock 04 MCS suspension?

If so, what offset would be ideal for this?

would i need some spacers?

If so, what would happen if i dropped the car an inch and a half or so? would they still fit?

then to fix my camber id need a camber kit, right?
