Just because he's tucking the wheel on like 18's doesn't mean he's most slammed. I vote smaller wheels+lots of looooooow.
I am running 16x9 et13 in the rear and 16x7.5 et19 in the front BBS RS' and I have rubbed down my entire plastic flap under the front bumper from being so low. I have almost maxed out the rear on my Vmaxx. (Still ride alright in my opinion too... I would prefer stiffer actually.)
I'm not too sure my fender to ground measurement but i'll check later.

I was on 16" BBS RS and maxxed out on my vmaxx coilovers front and rear. Get your fender to ground and let me know. And some pictures!

Do you have rear adjustable arms?

Yes I do have adjustable rear arms. I am currently dailying -6 degrees camber. I wish I could run less but that would mean raising it up and we all know that cant happen.
16x9 +10 is pretty insane... Be prepared to run lots of camber or else youll look a little ridiculous.... Well, for the rear that is. Ive never tried putting my rears on the front.... I might do that this weekend just for kicks.

Here are some pictures of my mini. I am actually taking the RS' off and rebuilding them AGAIN though because the bolts weren't clearcoated good enough and are rusting.... So I am taking them off and powdercoating them Mirror Bronze and getting a half inch bigger inner barrel for the fronts so I have 16x8 in the front so the tire will stretch better so I can go lower and get rid of that ugly wheel gap. :/ While I am doing that I think I want to take off the Vmaxx's and sell them and put that money towards some BC Racing coilovers so I can stiffen them and go a LOT lower...

Keep in mind, in these pictures besides the one of it in the parking lot, I was at -8.4 degrees camber before I got my alignment and got rid of some of it.... That was just TOO much... Oh and theres a picture of the wheels before they were mounted too.

This is the color I am getting them powdercoated.
Also, the picture of it in the parking lot is how it now sits in the rear. I will get more pictures later.
Aaaaaaand.... Thats how the bolts are rusting.... Bad news.

No, it will add negative camber.

Most suspensions are designed to increase the amount of negative camber as arms/linkages move upward relative to the body. This is desireable to counter the effect of a car leaning over in a turn and rolling onto the outside edge of the tire and losing contact patch. Lowering the ride height will duplicate this effect increasing the amount of static negative camber.

Keep in mind that once a strut suspension is lowered beyond a point where the outside end of the arm is above the inside mounting points, it will tend to lose that desireable negative camber as the suspension compresses farther. So a slammed Mini may look hot, have less body roll, and have faster steering response but all else being equal, it may not corner any faster (could even be slower).
