I can only hope so. It would mean so much to me if they did.

MiniJayhawk,

How is the car handling on the street ? I am considering dropping mine as well with the H&R springs but am afraid that car will be too stiff for normal driving. I will go to the track about twice a year.

mlg2ca --- The ride is very nice. I actually like how these springs handle everyday road hazards compared to the stock sport springs. The lower center of gravity is really noticeable when cornering agressively. iw ill be at the track for the first time with them in a couple of weeks and will report.

ENGINE 58 --- Here you go. (They were in the "Wheels" thread.) I didn't get a chance to take daytime photos today. I'll try that tomorrow if the weather cooperates.

Thanks guys. 215/45/17 Dunlop Direzza Z1. They are wider than a typical 215. They are more like a 225. Sticky as he!!, though!!!!!

MiniJayHawk,
Now that you've had the 22mm swaybar on for a while, would you say that is a good fit for street? I'm deciding whether to go 19mm or 22mm for my 09 JCW. Thanks!

Fine for the street . . . EXCELLENT for the track! The rear end was not an issue at a couple of track events this summer. The Direzza tires were phenomenal on the track and showed surprisingly little wear.

Mini Jay Hawk. So would you say 22mm is a bit much a car that is driven 95% of the time on street?? Great job on the car btw!

Old Rick - good stuff. Thanks!!

Thanks! The 22 isn't necessary for mostly street driving. The 19mm will be good for the street and if you do any spirited/autocross/track driving.

I don't mean to try and hijack this thread, but how are those H&R springs? Any major ride quality sacrificed? I'm struggling between these and TSW.

I like them. Good ride (but I won't kid you, they are stiff with little travel, as they should be) and perfect ride height. Performed well on the track. I actually sold my stock sport springs to TSW so they could do their research. I am quite sure they have a very well tuned set of springs from a performance standpoint.

These are going on Friday!!!

Your car looks great...I did the same set up and agree the TS is much much better now.
