well Rogue Engineering has a cold air intake that adds 9.3 hp at the wheels. you can get it direct from them...i got mine through a distrib of theirs at MINI-Madness.com
MINI-Madness also is doing the Evotech chip upgrade which by the dyno charts on their site look DAMN IMPRESSIVE.
For aftermarket stuff check http://www.rogueengineering.com, http://www.bmpdesign.com, http://www.gotmini.com, http://www.mini-madness.com, http://www.rspeed.net/mini, http://new.minimania.com, http://www.dinanbmw.com(currently all in development), monstermini.com, newminiparts.com and the list goes on and on and on.

Anyone else been thinking about the intake offered by BMPDesign? States that it increases hp by 12.9. Whether that's true is unknown without a dyno test. Has anyone recieved or dug up any additional info on it than what's on their site? Can anyone also vouch for their reliablity any name?
Seems to be the best bang thus far, as intake power goes.
I think it was MiniMadness that had the Viper intake system on their site. They dropped it from their inventory due to complications, I think it was. I've also seen it up recently on some other site though. Anyone know whether this intake is one to stay away from? The description sounds alright. But if one tuner drops it out, than it kinda makes ya wonder. And I think the added hp was close to, or over 20hp. If memory serves me correctly, which isn't too often.
T.I.A for additional info.

I am the PiperCross dealer for the US (www.pipercrossusa.com). The Viper Kit is being updated to Carbon Fiber and SamCo Gel pipes, AKA, the Viper Evolution E1. The first delivery of this product in the US is due next week. The first order was sent to Diamond Racing Group (www.diamondracing.org). They should have it in next week as it was shipped last week.
Mini Madness took ithe Viper off their site because there was a delay in getting this new Generation Viper to the US market. We did not want to bring over the old viper kit and introduce it to the new MINI.
Most sites that are carrying what they are call the Cooper filters or Cooper Induction systems are from PiperCross. The panel replacement filter and induction system that Cooper Works sells are from PiperCross.

Thanx for clearing that up there Tracy.
I've just checked out both of those sites that you posted. The dyno chart that's available at the bottom of the Pipercross site is too small to be readable. Can't really access it to be bigger. Looks like there's a 10hp increase? Is that right? Also, how much would the intake be costing us?
And as well, is there a Cooper'S' application for it?
How readily available will it be once it touches down at your store?
Thanx

I was at Helix Minisports yesterday and they had a Typhoon Intake in stock for a Cooper S. They might even have the springs too. I had them do my springs yesterday and it handles great and the ride is the same (too me anyway). I also upgreded to te RDR Control arms.
