Hi All,

Currently I have stock suspension/spring with 17" Ultraleggera offset 37mm and 205/45 Michellin PP2 tires on my 04 ONE CVT with no rubbing issues. Someone offer me some lowering spring:

1. Hartge spring
2. Eibach spring

I'm not sure which will rub more... anyone with above RIMS and tires combination and lowered, please share your rubbing experience... please advice

Pick the springs with less drop if you can.
Ask the previous owner how much drop was there.

The problem area is in the rear at the inner upper wheel arch plastic.

If it rubs just trim it down with a dremmel tool and you can also increase negative camber in the rear a little to help with clearance.

If the 205/45-17 tires are worn that will help clearance a little, if they are new then you'd get some rubbing along the outer edge especially if the tread shoulders are more square.
