help! big shout out for replacement shocks. looking for barely used oem 05-06 shocks for my mini. also who is using bilstein (looking at all options) and what is your opinion? i used them for years on other cars (british mostly) but have not had the extra cash to change out my mcphersons which i think do a good job on the mini. but mine have to be replaced, they are worn out! (97,000 miles on them)

 

I don't know if you've ruled them out, but I like the Koni FSDs. Depends on how/where you drive. They are excellent (in my opinion) for street and frisky back road driving.

hey no i haven't ruled them out... entirely. i was thinking of bilsteins based on prior pleasure. steve, my mechanic reccommends the konis.

 

Koni yellow adjustables are the gold standard for the MINI and play well with OEM springs. This is what Dinan uses in their kits.
