17x8 ESM 004 +20 offset w 205/45/17 on natural camber
Wheel place screwed up and gave me +20 instead of 35. Didn't realize until it was too late, surprised they (barely) fit. Its a bit much but i guess its ok if you are into the mega aggressive offset thing. Ride is a bit harsh
Curious why you don't like your Vmaxx coilovers, Horizonblue?
I had racelands on my mk4 gti and in my opinion they rode better than these and my mk4 was quite a bit lower. They are horribly bouncy and have zero adjustments. I guess I get spoiled because my buddy has v1`s on him mk6 and it's like driving on glass for the most part.

Yeah more expensive coilovers are definitely the way to go (if you can afford them). You have to keep in mind that these coilovers are $600 brand new, which is 2.5x less than KW V1s. I think they are great coilovers for $600. I had them for about a year and no complaints. Are you maxed out on the Vmaxx?

I have about an 1 1/4 inch of thread left on each side But my mini has axle bind on the passenger side :( It's gotten better with the more miles i put on and is almost completely gone with just me in the car, but when my wife rides in the car and i floor it there is still a slight shudder. Also if i go any lower with my offset i'll eat through my fenders. I may try and go 1/4 inch lower in the front but i'm apprehensive.
with a full tank, the rears max out at 22.75" and at about 3/4 tank they sit at 23" flat. I have the front set at 23" and still have about an 1 1/4" thread left up front
My MINI is lowered with H&R springs, I also have H&R 27mm front sway bar, Alta Performance 22mm rear sway bar, Alta upper and lower control arms, Alta front and rear end links, camber plates as well as M7 tuning cross bar

Looks great, I plan on using the same springs with Koni's. I wanted to go ST's but still torn if I want to.
