Do not do business with Ingalls
These guys screwed me over big time. I was contacted about my R56 Mini Cooper S. They wanted to borrow my car to take some measurements and make some new products. They would then call me back in a few months for a fitting, I would drive on the new parts for month, give them feedback and I would keep the prototypes.
So I took my car up to them since they are local. They kept the car for almost a week. When i got it back the gear shift **** was loose, which later it turned out to be broken. Last month when I was under the Mini I noticed that one of the body plates under the driver side front wheel is missing (several bolts hold it on so it did not fall off), and the clamp that slides and holds the intake vacuum hose is missing. Its been 6 months now and no contact, no reply to emails or anything.
I guess i got spoiled by Alta. I had a problem, emailed Adam, he called me the next morning to fix the problem.

They emailed me today...lol
Funny, I received an email today from them.
Could someone confirm for me that there is a piece of metal that is bolted to the underside in front of the front driver side tire?
I thought that a clamp was missing from the first intake vacuum hose. However I didn’t see it in MikeEG4572's picture of his engine bay:

Is there supposed to be a clamp that comes down from the top and slides over the guides, or did I assume there was one?
If either of these are not actually there, then I owe them an apology.
Adam: Thanks
