2003 MCS Rear Shock Replacement

I am going to replace my shocks with Koni adjustables. Access to the front adjusters will not be a problem but it appears that I will need to provide an access to the rear adjusters.

Suggestions please.

Thanks in advance.

I'm new at this. How do I find the other thread that you refer to?
