Help!!!

Gents,
I 've found in ebay a vendor that is claiming to sell a H&R rear sway bar 18mm promini for $ 79.00 new!!!. It sounds a little too good to be true.
Can anybody provide some feedback on this item (see attached pic).

I used one for a couple of years and it subtly does the job while maintaining plenty of compliance. If you have a Cooper with the smaller diameter front anti-sway bar the effect will be more pronounced than on an MCS. The price is right for this size because it is not as popular as the 19mm.
