Shocks for R56

Anyone know of any shocks that are out for our car yet? I have lowered mine with the H&R springs and am looking to replace the shocks. Can I use the Helix R56 Rear Shock Bushings with R53 shocks?

Thanks!

Mike

I believe you can or at least should be able to with the helix bushings. The tophats in front are different so you'll need to put your R56 hats on the struts.

Why are you trying to replace the shocks? Is the ride bouncy? Any sign of under-dampening?

A lower, stiffer spring will require a higher dampening rate from the shock. Otherwise you get a choppier ride.

Dude - just about anything for the R53 should work, but you'll need the helix trailing arm bushings for the rear.
