DSC, ABS, Tire Pressure Warning
Zig you may have a wheel speed sensor on the way out. MINIs from 02 to early 07 use the abs sensor to determine if you have a low tire. Measures the difference in wheels speed to determine a low tire.
You might want to search wheel speed senor for a more complete answer.

It's almost definitely a wheel-speed sensor issue, but I bet you don't need to buy a new one.
Check the passenger front wheel first. Take the wheel off, and remove the wheel well liner. You can do this before you get your book as there is nothing tricky.
Don't bother removing the wheel speed sensor, it's just a magnet encased in black plastic with some wire connected. There is nothing to clean or anything like that.
Look for a blue, plastic, cylinder-shaped connector behind the rotor towards the engine. There will be a wire coming from this cylinder that might be frayed due to contact with a belt. Follow the wire from the wheel-speed sensor (near the rotor) leading towards the blue connector (near the engine) and search for a section that's rubbed through. The factory mounting position for this wire is crap and it can easily hang in contact with a belt. Mine was frayed, and all it took was a small piece of wire, some solder, and electrical tape to fix.
Good as new with no need to waste $100 on a sensor.
Good luck.

Does anyone have problems with the odometer not clicking off miles associated with the "trifecta"/wheel speed sensor problem?
I just had a Quaife and clutch/flywheel put in and only after the install did I notice the odometer was not working. I don't think there is an electrical connection with tranny and odometer however.
I've had a presumed bad wheel speed sensor for 2 weeks prior. My brake, tire pressure, ABS, SES, and DSC lights are on. The speedometer does not move from zero. Doors do not autolock at a certain speed. P1613 code on scanner.
I haven't seen any mention of odometer problems associated with a bad wheel speed sensor. I guess if no MPH detected the computer thinks the car is not moving?
