Is this a big problem?

The noise is at around 11-12 seconds into the video. This happens at every gear when you accelerate and it lasts about half a second. It happens when you lightly accelerate but doesnt come up when you floor it or drive hard.

The video is not mines but it has that hard to explain sound that im talking about, also there is no grinding noise just that tinking noise.

I hope its not a big problem and will cost a fortune to fix.

Everythings stock except for aero kits, its a 2002 mini cooper s with about 64,000 miles. Had the clutch and flywheel replaced at 58,000 miles though.
