Mini made a horrible mistake by not putting in a water temperature guage only for the 04' MCS w/ navigation. Of course there is an idiot light that comes on after you have fried the cyclinder head and radiator. I am looking for a place where I can get some nice guages and casings and I'm also trying to figure out a place to mount the guages. For now I am thinking in the center console or connecting the guages to one of the two pods on the steering column. Is there anyone out there who knows where I could get some good looking guages and casing that will fit the guages?

 

With Nav, you've got some space limitations. MINI, and many vendors, sell a gauge panel/ kit that fits under the toggle switches. Not the best spot for visibility, but you work with what you have.
