My mini has a mechanical problem that the dealer does not how to fix or what the cause is (mechanical clunk noise at cold start when releasing clutch) and was supposed to hook me up with the regional tech person. Seven months later I am still waiting, not sure how diffucult it is but for some reason SouthBay mini just has not made it happen yet. My question is has anyone had to have their mini looked at by the regional tech? If so did it take a long time to setup? How does the process work? Any info would be helpful. Thanks.
