Pirelli's on R90's are Runflats?

I just got my MCS and it says the Perelli's are runflats. I really dont want those for my preformance tires. Whats the deal with that.

The MCS comes with Runflats as standard equipment because it doesn't come with a spare tire. You can change the tires once you get the car, but MINI can't sell the MCS without Runflats.
