I thought that the wipers (not the automatic wipers) were supposed to drop a notch when the car stops, like from normal to intermittent and from intermittent to stop. I seem to remember it doing this, but recently, when my wipers are turned onto intermittent, they continue to wipe while the car is stopped. Is there a way to adjust this or am I just remembering how they work wrong?
