lately when I've been doing some spirited driving through the twisties, with the DSC turned off, I've been having the ABS and the low tire pressure (wheel speed sensor) come on at the same time. When this happens I am unable to activate the DSC, so its stuck in the off position. When I restart the car all the lights reset and everything seems fine. The DME has not recorded any codes after this happens. So far I have had this happen about 3 times in the last 4 weeks or so. Any thoughts as to what might be going on?

Any mods to your car lately?

 

Not really, I installed the DT BPV about a month ago but other than that I installed a header a few months ago, but I can't see how that could be related.

the last occurance was yesterday afternoon driving through the twisties. The car still runs fine when the lights are on. Since it happened to me before I didn't freak out like the first time it happened, I just pulled over to the side of the road, turned off the engine and when I started it back up all lights were cleared. my only thought is that it might be the wheel angle sensor, but I'm not sure if that is disabled when I turn off the DSC or not.
