where do I find TIS Bulletins?

I'm in the process of adding a rear fog light. Hopefully a simple mod but I have to add the retrofit harness. I have the official Mini Installation Instructions from a link here on NAM. The directions keep referencing a TIS number which I assume is an internal Mini document. For example one of the first bullets says," Remove glove box on passenger side per TIS 51 16 360".

Any idea where you can find these TIS docs? Thanks. Michael

Google works if you search on: TIS 51 16 360 Mini. The TIS that comes up is for the ipod installation.
Good luck with the install.

Does anyone have a source for TIS Software (legit cause anyother way would be wrong) that is NEWER than TIS v3.4.1 which is the January 2005 build. TIS 3.4.1 are readily available on ebay...

My 05 MCSC was built in September 04 and I could not understand why my VIN would not work until I got this from a helpful ebayer... Yes, it's 1-2005. For some reason, the TIS covers MINI's with build dates only up to 2004."

I've been all over ebay and other sites which are not so good and nothing newer than TIS dated 1-2005 which now we know only goes into the 04 model year. I'd buy the Bentley but of course that doesn't cover our years either...

Geez a 128 views and no one has any info on this? The ones on US ebay apparantley only cover through 2004. I've been in touch with a guy in Germany who is selling one that covers at least 2005 but it is German.

What do you guys do when you want to do a mod where there are not good docs? Just start taking things off?
